Billund airport is located approximately 2 km northeast of Billund city centre.

The airport has a single terminal with three levels:

  • Level 1 is Arrivals (east) and Departures (west) check-in and security check
  • Level 2 is the gate area (1-16) and shops
  • Level 3 are lounges, food court, and the meeting centre

Buses

Billund Airport is served by a large number of public buses. Many of the buses are connecting the airpirt with train stations in Vejle, Give, Esbjerg, Skandervorg and Aarhus. 

  • Line 912X: Vejle-Horsens-Skanderborg-Aarhus
  • Line 913X: Brande-Nr. Snede-Silkeborg-Aarhus
  • Line 44, 144: Esbjerg
  • Line 119: Gve-Tørring
  • Line 166: Kolding
  • Line 179: Vejen

Taxi cabs can be found in the ground transportation area of the airport terminal. All taxis are metered and you do not have to make a reservation.
