Eindhoven Airport - EIN

Eindhoven Airport is 7 kilometers west of Eindhoven and:

• The Terminal building is open from 04:30-0:00 daily
• The passenger terminal consists of two levels: 1st floor with Departures (right) and Arrivals (left) and a 2nd floor which has a business center, seating, viewing platform, and children’s play area. 
• Baggage trolleys are available near the payment machines at P1, P3, P4 and P5, at the Kiss & Ride lane and at various places in and around the terminal. Use of the trolleys requires a coin deposit of EUR 1 or 2.  

Taxi

Connexxion Taxi services are certified for airport journeys. The official taxi lane is near the city buses outside the terminal. The journey takes approximately 15 minutes and costs approximately EUR 25.

Bus

Line 400 is a direct shuttle bus service that connects the airport to Eindhoven’s main railway station. The service runs twice an hour off-peak and every 15 minutes during peak times.

Line 401 is a transit line that connects the airport to the city centre, making multiple stops. The service frequency ranges from twice an hour in the evenings to eight times an hour during the day. The journey takes approximately 20 and 25 minutes respectively. Tickets cost EUR 2.20 when using a rechargeable card or EUR 3.50 with cash.

EIN airport provides five airport massage chairs. EUR 2 gives you a five-minute massage with relaxing images and music.

There are two children’s play areas, suitable for young children. Restrooms before as well as after security also have baby changing tables available. Parents can also take their kids to the outdoor panorama terrace to watch airplanes take off and land (after security, floor 2):

The airport hosts four major car hire companies: Hertz, Avis, Europcar and Sixt.

The Tulip Inn hotel has 120 rooms and is located above the airport terminal. The hotel offers standard and executive rooms and a breakfast buffet. Rates start at EUR 80 per night.
