Getting into Sochi

Taxi, train or bus

Sochi International Airport lies 30 km from downtown Sochi. To get to the city centre, you can either take a train, bus or taxi.


Lastochka Aeroexpress is the fastest way to get into downtown Adler or Sochi, bypassing traffic jams. With this train you can also get to Roza Khutor, Lazarevskaya, Tuapse and Olympic Park Sochi. The journey time to Sochi is around 40-45 minutes and 10 minutes to Adler.


If it is your first time in Sochi, we do recommend taking a taxi. However, if you want to save your money you may also take express buses № 105 and 105C.

Bus №105: Airport - Sochi - Roza Khutor. Working hours: 06:10 - 21:05

Bus №105C: Airport - Sochi - Roza Khutor. Working hours: 05:55 - 23:20

Bus routes from Roza Khutor to the airport via Sochi:

Bus №105: Roza Khutor - Airport - Sochi. Working hours: 05:20 - 23:15

Bus №105C: Roza Khutor - Airport - Sochi. Working hours: 06:01 - 23:35

Please note that bus working hours are the time of their departure from the airport.

If you are in Adler and want to get to the Roza Khutor, you may take bus №135. Working hours: 05:30 - 20:30


The airport operates a united taxi service from the firm “Avtoliga Ltd”. The official taxi rank of the airport is available on the first level of the main terminal in the baggage claim area. 

Tip: Be aware of illegal taxi drivers.

How to get from the airport to the stadium

Spectators of the sporting events at Sochi can take buses 57, 57K, 100, 125С, 124С to get to the stadium. Beware: Traffic around the stadium will be restricted on the days of soccer matches. Public transportation routes will be shortened and will end at the bus station near the Olympic Park Railway Station.  

For easiest access to the stadium, we recommend the following options:

1) Shuttle buses

There will be shuttle buses moving between the Sochi Railway Station and the Olympic Park and between Sochi International Airport and the Olympic Park.

2) Taxi

The average fare for a taxi from Sochi International Airport to the stadium costs RUB 300-370 and takes 12 minutes.

Getting around the airport

One main terminal, three sectors, two levels

Sochi International Airport is located 30 km south-west of the resort city of Sochi in the Adler district. 

It has one main terminal building divided into Sectors A, B and C, and has two levels; Arrivals on the first level and Departures on the second level.

The VIP Terminal is located to the left of the main terminal in a stand-alone building.
