Palanga Airport - PLQ

PLQ airport is located 6 kilometers north of Palanga, a seaside resort town on the Baltic Sea. The airport has two adjacent single-level terminals connected by short walkways and a transit area.

Bus
Local city bus 100 takes travellers from Palanga airport to Klaipēda bus station for EUR 2. Tickets can be purchased from the bus driver. Buses run approximately every hour daily. The bus stop is 20 meters down the road outside the terminal. 

Taxi
Taxis are readily available in front of the airport terminal. Total trip time to Palanga city center is 10 minutes and costs EUR 6-12; to Klaipēda is 30 minutes and costs EUR 15, and to Liepāja (Latvia) is 1 hour 20 minutes and costs approximately EUR 60.

There are three parking areas just outside the airport. P1 is short term, P2 and P3 are long-term parking areas. You can make a reservation at http://www.palanga-airport.lt/en/parking

The airport offers the possibility to relax for a short time in special automatic massage chairs.
