Ministro Pistarini International Airport - EZE

Buenos Aires, Argentina (AR)

Getting around the airport

EZE

Buenos Aires' Ministro Pistarini International Airport (also known as Ezeiza Airport) lies 22km south-west of the city.

It has three terminals:

  • Terminal A: The international terminal. The ground level (planta baja) serves as Arrivals and Check-in, and leads to car parks A and B. Lifts from the main concourse go up to the first level (planta alta), which is Departures for Terminals A and B. A general information desk is open from 08:30-19:30 daily.
  • Terminal B: The Aerolineas Argentinas and KLM terminal.
  • Terminal C: The domestic terminal.

Travelling between terminals

The terminals are connected and you can walk between them. Terminals A and C are connected by a walkway via Terminal B, while the concourse (Main Terminal) connects the airport entrance to both ends of Terminal B (Terminal A to the left, Terminal C to the right).

Getting into Buenos Aires

Take a taxi or airport shuttle

Local buses are cheap, but can be crowded and the journey can take a long time. We recommend taking a taxi or a shuttle bus. There's no direct train connection.

Taxi

When you arrive at the airport, just after customs control, there's a taxi booth where you can pre-book and pay for a cab. You'll be escorted to a waiting taxi. The journey into central Buenos Aires takes around 45 minutes.

Cost: It’s best to shop around, but expect to pay around ARS 400 (no tip needed)
Location: Taxi Ezeiza taxi booth, middle of Arrivals hall

Bus

The Manuel Tienda León shuttle service will take you from the airport to the Puerto Madero Terminal at the Buenos Aires waterfront in an air-conditioned bus in around an hour. Buses leave every 30 minutes from 06:00-23:15 and every hour from midnight to 06:00. You can also take a public bus for very cheap, but they stop a lot and can be busy (bus 51 to Constitución, bus 8 to central BA, Plaza de Mayo).

Cost: ARS 145 on the shuttle service
Buying tickets: Booths in the arrivals hall or online: www.tiendaleon.com.ar
