Outside the airport are buses that take you to Ciampino Città, a nearby train station that connects to Termini, Rome Central Station for EUR 1. These buses leave every 30 minutes. Alternatively, you can take a bus straight to Termini, Rome Central Station. A bus from Ciampino to Termini station takes around 0:36 minutes.
Societa' Italiana Transporti (SIT) also offers shuttle buses from Ciampino to Termini for EUR 5 one way or EUR 9 round trip.
Trains are run by Italy's railway company, Tren Italia. A train from Ciampino to Termini takes around 30-40 minutes and has a minimum cost of EUR 2.70.
The taxi rank is outside the airport. Make sure to ask for approximate prices before the taxi meter starts running. A taxi from Ciampino airport to the city center costs around EUR 30-40.
Taxis can also drive you to nearby train stations for approximately EUR 35.

Ciampino G.B. Pastine International Airport is the ninth-busiest airport in Italy and is located 12 kilometers southeast of Rome city center. The airport features a small, single terminal with only one level. The departures area consists of departures, 31 check-in counters, 16 departures gates, some stores, and service facilities. The arrivals area is reached from a separate entrance and consists of four baggage belts as well as service counters.
