Saarbrücken Airport is 15 kilometres southeast of the city centre of Saarbrücken.
Regional bus line R10 provides scheduled connections to Saarbrücken city centre, including the main station. The journey takes 30 minutes and a single ticket costs EUR 2.60.
Taxis are located right in front of the terminal. A trip from the airport to the main train station costs about EUR 35. Taxis are always available during departure and arrival times. Staff at the information desk can call a taxi for you outside of these hours.
SCN Business Lounge
Offers a wide selection of snacks, drinks, magazines, and newspapers. Economy passengers can purchase lounge access at the airport information desk for EUR 20.

The Kid’s Lounge is situated centrally, in front of the security checkpoint (airside). There is a wide range of toys available for young children and a sitting area for parents.
Parents can warm up baby food at the Take-Off Bar in the security area (airside) in a microwave. Alternatively, baby food can be heated in a water bath at the Bistro restaurant (landside).
There are no official power outlets to charge your devices at SCN airport.
Car rental agencies are located opposite the main terminal building. Rent with Avis, Budget, Europcar, Hertz, and Sixt.
