Getting around the airport

Single terminal

Warsaw Chopin Airport is located approximately 10 kilometers south of Warsaw. The airport has one integrated three-level terminal, Terminal A.

- Terminal A has five check-in areas A through E and North, Central, and South Piers. Level 1 is the Arrivals level, Level 2 is the Departures level, and the Mezzanine level houses the LOT business lounge, customs clearance, and a bank.

Getting into Warsaw

Bus or Train

Bus

From the airport, you can conveniently arrive at Warsaw's key transport nodes with five public bus routes. When travelling by bus, the ticket should be validated immediately after boarding the vehicle.

  • Bus 175, Chopin Airport - City Center
  • Bus 148, Chopin Airport - Ursynow-Praga
  • Bus 331, Chopin Airport - Metro Station Wilanowska
  • Bus 188, Chopin Airport - Metro Station Politechnika - Praga Poludnie (Wiatraczna)
  • Bus N32 (night bus), Chopin Airport - Central Railway Station

Location: Airport Bus Terminal is located in front of the South Pier, arrivals level.
Cost: PLN 4.40 one-way


Train

The airport's train station is located underneath the terminal building. Line S2 runs between the airport and Sulejowek Milosna, with several stops. You can buy train tickets at the Passenger Information Point, which is located in the arrivals hall. Besides, automated machines where you can buy train ticket are available at the train station. When travelling by metro, you should validate the ticket at the entrance gate before entering the platform.

Lounges

Airside

There are five Executive Lounges at Warsaw Chopin Airport: Fantazja, Preludium, Mazurek, Polonez and Bolero. They are named after famous pieces composed by the airport’s namesake, Frédéric Chopin.  

The Lounges are available to passengers travelling both to Schengen and Non-Schengen countries and are available to all business class passengers. It is also possible to purchase a one-off entry to an Executive Lounge at the lounge’s reception desk.
